About Bobby Larsen

Bobby Larsen is the Founding Principal of Vanamor and has over 17 years of multi-faceted real estate experience, including the acquisition of more than 12,000 apartments with a total value in excess of $5 billion. Throughout his tenure, investor returns on sold properties have averaged in excess of a 33% annual return. He oversees and provides leadership to the firm in areas of private equity, investment oversight, and strategic planning. Bobby’s previous experience includes key positions at MG Properties and PIMCO, where he was an integral part of both firm’s real estate strategies. Bobby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, emphasis in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California, and an MBA from Duke University.
