FOUR CRITICAL LEVELS OF FOUNDATION
Vanamor invests in under-managed and under-performing apartment properties in or near major metropolitan areas of the United States. Through extensive relationships in the industry, the Company acquires well-located multi-family investment opportunities with strong in-place yields. Additionally, the opportunities can be either physically or operationally improved to generate above-average cash flow returns. Improved management teams and technical infrastructure are leveraged to optimally maximize performance of each asset. Vanamor’s strategy is on real estate investments that will bring in a stable, long-term renter population following renovations. Upon sale, it is Vanamor’s focus to complete a 1031 Exchange in order to give investors the ability to receive their taxable proceeds or reinvest on a tax-deferred basis into a replacement property, also known as an “up-leg”.
